Pre-requests are received from universities and the Chamber of Civil Engineers for referred students. An accelerated training program is applied to students with a one-month project or construction site internship. Intern students are offered job opportunities at the end of 2 months. The infrastructure for training up to 10 students at the same time in a one-month period is available in our factory. The SSI expenses of the students are covered by their own schools and their travel and food expenses are covered by our company.
